Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Registration

   Registration is confirmed only on receipt of full payment. Each registration is personal to the named delegate and is non-transferable without prior written consent.

2. 2. Payments & Fees

   All fees are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. A processing fee may apply to card and wire payments; bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.

3. 3. Cancellations & Refunds

   Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds, where applicable, are subject to the cancellation schedule published for each event.

4. 4. Programme Changes

   The organiser reserves the right to alter the programme, speakers, venue, or dates where necessary. Such changes do not entitle delegates to a refund.

5. 5. Abstracts & Submissions

   Authors retain copyright of their work but grant the organiser a licence to publish accepted abstracts in the event materials.

6. 6. Conduct

   All participants agree to abide by the event Code of Conduct. The organiser may remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive or unlawful.

7. 7. Liability

   The organiser is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, nor for travel or accommodation costs arising from changes to or cancellation of an event.
